Action Dancewear - Sizing

Using a cloth or plastic measuring tape,

GIRTH: Start measuring from the top of one shoulder, go down over the largest part of the chest, down through the center of the crotch, and back up to the beginning point of the shoulder. This complete circle measures the the entire torso.

CHEST: Measure the chest at the fullest part in front.

HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of the hips, always keeping the measuring tape straight.
